The Real Estate Growth Program is designed for realtors who have completed the Blueprint Program and are ready to transition into the business side of real estate. This program goes beyond foundational knowledge and focuses on the monetization pillars of the Kenyan real estate market, equipping you with the tools, systems, and strategic thinking required to operate as a high-performing real estate professional.

Structured into four intensive modules, the program provides a hands-on, results-driven approach to mastering the commercial realities of the industry. Each module teaches you how to interpret the market, pitch your value, structure your business, and deliver professional documentation that positions you as a trusted advisor.

What You Will Learn

1. Advanced Market Analysis

Develop strong analytical skills that help you understand market trends, consumer behavior, highest and best use, supply–demand dynamics, and location-driven decision making. You will learn how to collect data, interpret the numbers, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients.

2. Agency & Property Management

Gain a practical understanding of agency operations and property management structures in Kenya. This pillar covers onboarding processes, lease administration, service-charge fundamentals, tenant mix, compliance requirements, and how to use agency and management services as scalable revenue streams.

3. Real Estate Finance

Learn the financial language of real estate—from investment metrics to cash-flow interpretation. This module introduces you to cap rates, yields, ROI, risk and return, leverage, and financial modelling concepts that enhance your advisory strength.

4. Business Pitching, Terms of Engagement & Professional Documentation

This final module teaches you how to build and run the business of real estate. You will learn how to package your expertise, pitch to clients, structure professional terms of engagement, and produce high-quality reports. The module includes business proposals, feasibility briefs, agency agreements, and client-ready documentation for all pillars.
